I’m supporting a global technology business hiring a Sales Operations Manager to support a major international partnerships and retail organisation. This role sits within a high-visibility operations and transformation team responsible for supporting how promotional offers, rebates and partner programmes are brought to market across major global retailers and distributors.

Key responsibilities:

  • Forecasting and planning across partner promotional spend and retail programmes
  • Performance analytics and KPI reporting
  • Supporting rebate / commission / partner payment operations
  • Variance analysis and commercial recommendations
  • Working closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Analytics and Partner teams
  • Building operational rhythm and reporting across international stakeholders
  • Turning complex data into clear executive-level narratives

Must-have experience:

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Channel Operations or FP
