I’m supporting a global technology business hiring a Sales Operations Manager to support a major international partnerships and retail organisation. This role sits within a high-visibility operations and transformation team responsible for supporting how promotional offers, rebates and partner programmes are brought to market across major global retailers and distributors.
- Forecasting and planning across partner promotional spend and retail programmes
- Performance analytics and KPI reporting
- Variance analysis and commercial recommendations
- Working closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Analytics and Partner teams
- Building operational rhythm and reporting across international stakeholders
- Turning complex data into clear executive-level narratives
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Channel Operations or FP&A
- Strong forecasting, budgeting and performance management experience
- Experience supporting partner, channel, retail or distributor-led commercial models
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability
- Hands-on SQL querying experience
- Experience working with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Databricks or SAP
- Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional international teams
- Software or SaaS industry background
- Experience supporting indirect route-to-market or retail partnership businesses
