Regulatory Compliance Programme Manager – Online Platform
- 9 Month Contract.

Are you passionate about regulatory compliance and looking to drive impactful projects within a fast-paced, global organisation? We\’re hiring a Regulatory Compliance Programme Manager to lead key initiatives related to the Digital Services Act (DSA), EUSTR, and Online Safety Act (OSA).
What You\’ll Do
🔹 Ensure the timely delivery of compliance initiatives, working closely with the Director of Regulatory Compliance.
🔹 Define and document regulatory compliance requirements.
🔹 Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with broader compliance goals.
🔹 Prepare briefings and reports for senior leadership.
🔹 Work cross-functionally, leading working groups across teams.
🔹 Support risk assessments related to DSA and OSA.
What We\’re Looking For
✅ 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance and/or compliance project management.
✅ Experience working on compliance projects within platforms or tech environments is preferred.
✅ Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
✅ Proficiency in Excel and experience using Asana for project tracking.
✅ Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
This role is perfect for someone with 75% regulatory/compliance expertise and 25% project management experience-or vice versa. Certification isn\’t required, but hands-on compliance experience is essential.
