We’re hiring a hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead social execution and digital campaign activation across key regional campaigns and initiatives. This role sits within a global marketing team and will focus on bringing field marketing campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives to life across social and digital channels. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, execute confidently, and understands how to localise messaging for different audiences in a meaningful way — not just through translation.
What you’ll be doing:

- Work closely with Field Marketing, Events, Digital and Regional teams to support integrated campaign delivery
- Manage and optimise website journeys, ensuring messaging, UX and localisation align to audience expectations
- Adapt global campaigns and messaging for local market relevance and audience engagement
- Use analytics and performance insights to continuously improve campaign and website performance
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple teams in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in social media and digital marketing within a global B2B environment
- Hands-on experience creating and executing social campaigns rather than relying on agencies
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events or field marketing activity through social and digital channels
- Good understanding of website journeys, localisation, UX and digital engagement
- Experience working within global organisations and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Sprout Social, Marketo or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organisation and project management skills
