The Opportunity
A global enterprise technology organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Web Implementation Project Manager to lead the delivery of customer-facing web platforms and digital experiences.
You'll manage the full lifecycle of website implementation projects, from discovery and requirements gathering through to QA, launch and post-launch optimisation.
Working across Product, Engineering, UX, Design, Content and Marketing teams, you'll ensure digital platforms are delivered on time, to a high standard and with an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex website and digital platform projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into delivery plans.
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, UX, Design, Marketing and Content teams.
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies and executive reporting.
- Oversee QA, UAT, release management and launch activities.
- Deliver improvements to customer-facing digital experiences.
- Support website migrations, integrations and platform enhancements.
- Ensure projects meet quality, accessibility and performance standards.
- Required Experience
- 3+ years managing website or digital platform implementation projects.
- Proven experience delivering complex web applications from concept to launch.
- Experience with enterprise CMS platforms (AEM, Sitecore, Word Press or similar).
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience managing QA, UAT and release activities.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journeys.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS and modern web technologies.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
