A global travel-tech platform is scaling its hotel partnerships business across Europe — and we’re hiring a Market Associate to support the Spanish market from London. This is a high-impact operational role focused on onboarding hotel partners at scale. You’ll take partners from signed agreement through to live launch, managing everything from listing creation and connectivity setup to admin coordination and go-live execution. This is not an account management role. It’s built for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, process-heavy environments and know how to drive operational excellence under pressure.
The Offer:

We’re looking for people who:
- Are exceptionally organised and execution-focused
- Have experience managing high volumes of partners, vendors or onboarding workflows
- Come from structured, high-performance environments such as Amazon, major tech platforms, marketplace businesses or large-scale operations teams
- Understand how to scale processes efficiently
- Communicate with precision and move quickly
- Speak business-level Spanish
- Experience in onboarding, marketplace operations, partner operations, vendor management or operational programme delivery is highly relevant.
