We’re partnering with a global technology organisation looking to hire a Technical Solutions Consultant to support enterprise customers and strategic partners across complex web-based implementations and technical integrations. This is a customer-facing technical role suited to someone who enjoys solving implementation challenges, troubleshooting web technologies, and working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting partner and customer implementations
- Troubleshooting technical and integration issues
- Working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and web technologies
- Investigating and resolving escalations
- Collaborating with product, engineering and external stakeholders
- Improving repeatable processes and technical solutions
- Providing technical guidance throughout delivery lifecycles
Key requirements:
- Professional working proficiency in Japanese and English
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Hands-on troubleshooting and debugging experience
- Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and browser/web technologies
- Experience supporting integrations, implementations or technical onboarding projects
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
