An internationally recognised travel-tech platform is continuing to scale its hotel partnerships business across EMEA and is looking for a highly organised Market Associate to support the onboarding and launch of hotel partners across the Spanish market. This is a fast-paced operational role focused on execution, onboarding and process excellence within a rapidly growing business unit. You will play a key role in ensuring hotel partners are launched onto the platform quickly, accurately and at scale.
The Offer
- Competitive salary of £50,000 pa
- Role will start on a 12-month contract
- Hybrid working: Two days per week onsite at London office
The Role
You will manage the onboarding journey from signed agreement through to live launch, coordinating multiple operational workstreams simultaneously to ensure a seamless partner experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the full onboarding lifecycle for hotel partners
- Coordinating listing creation and platform setup
- Supporting connectivity and systems configuration
- Managing operational and administrative processes
- Ensuring partners are launch-ready within agreed timelines
- Working cross-functionally with sales, acquisition and technical teams across EMEA
- Identifying opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency and scalability
- Managing a high volume of onboarding projects simultaneously
