A global technology business is hiring an experienced operations professional to take ownership of forecasting, performance reporting and financial governance across a major international partner programme. This is a commercially focused role sitting between Sales Operations, Channel Operations and FP&A. The remit includes forecast ownership, budget tracking, quarterly payment governance, KPI performance management and executive-level reporting across multiple regions. You should be comfortable working across large datasets, building scenario-based forecasts and managing senior stakeholders in a fast-moving global business.
Must-have experience:
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Channel Operations or FP&A
- Ownership of forecasting and budget management for a sizeable commercial programme, revenue stream or partner investment budget
- Experience managing rebate, trade-spend, incentives, contra-revenue or partner funding programmes
- Strong variance analysis and scenario-based forecasting capability
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and Operations teams
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling large, imperfect datasets from multiple sources
- Experience building KPI reporting and executive-ready performance narratives
- Ability to manage quarterly operational rhythms, accrual tracking and payment governance processes
Nice-to-have experience:
- SaaS, technology, retail partnerships or indirect route-to-market environments
- Power BI or Tableau dashboard ownership
- SAP, Databricks or Vistex exposure
- Experience supporting global or multi-region commercial operations
- Process automation, RPA or AI-assisted reporting improvements
