You design it. You build it. You ship it. If that's how you work, read on.

We're hiring for one of the world's most recognisable tech brands - a contract role until December 2026, 100% remote within the UK, paid weekly via PAYE (within IR35).

This isn't a UX role. This isn't a graphic design role. This is for the rare person who lives in both Figma and a React codebase and gets excited by the real design challenges of AI-native products - streaming responses, unpredictable outputs, and building user trust when the system is acting on someone's behalf.

The Offer:

  • Salary: Negotiable - Attractive annual salary - pro rata
  • Contract: Until 31 Dec 2026 | PAYE | Within IR35 | Weekly pay
  • Location: 100% remote, UK only - right to work required, no sponsorship
  • Hours: Evening availability needed for US West Coast overlap (min. 4 hours)
  • Portfolio: Non-negotiable - design work and code/prototypes behind it

You need:

  • 5+ years in product design engineering, UX/UI, or a hybrid design/frontend role
  • React proficiency - you're in the codebase, not just handing off to engineers
  • Figma expertise including component specs and design systems
  • Real experience designing AI-native or conversational interfaces
  • Working knowledge of how LLMs behave - orchestration, model handoff, user control
