This is an operations and administrative support role within the Strategy & Operations function of a global technology organisation. The position supports a Senior Manager with day-to-day coordination and provides light diary and scheduling support to a Director. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up actions

  • Assist with documentation, presentations, and process coordination
  • Maintain task tracking, timelines, and shared documentation
  • Provide calendar and scheduling support to a Director, including cross-time-zone meetings
