This is an operations and administrative support role within the Strategy & Operations function of a global technology organisation. The position supports a Senior Manager with day-to-day coordination and provides light diary and scheduling support to a Director. The emphasis is on execution, organisation, and reliability rather than leadership or decision-making authority. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up actions
- Support planning cycles, internal reviews, and reporting processes
- Assist with documentation, presentations, and process coordination
- Maintain task tracking, timelines, and shared documentation
- Provide calendar and scheduling support to a Director, including cross-time-zone meetings
- Manage meeting logistics, travel coordination, and expenses
- Support onboarding activities and ad-hoc administrative tasks
Required Experience
