We’re looking for a senior EMEA Industry Marketing Lead to shape and drive industry marketing strategy across the region. This is a regional orchestration role — not a country marketer and not a hands-on campaign executor. You’ll sit at the centre of Global, Regional, and Country marketing, making sure industry strategy, programmes, and content actually land and perform in EMEA.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and drive EMEA industry marketing strategy and plans
- Partner with country field marketing teams and industry advisors to align on priorities and market needs
- Act as the EMEA interface to Global Industry Marketing, ensuring consistency and relevance
- Define and lead scalable industry marketing programmes and core content
- Work with campaign, digital, channel, and field teams to identify and close content gaps
- Lead industry marketing enablement across field marketing, sales, and functional teams
- Ensure programmes and content are adopted and used in local markets
- Track industry and segment performance, identify gaps, and optimise
What we’re looking for:
- Proven B2B enterprise marketing experience at regional or global level
- Strong background in industry or segment marketing
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Confident working across complex, matrixed organisations
- Data-driven, commercially minded, and not afraid to challenge
Why this role:
- High visibility across EMEA and Global teams
- Strategic ownership with real influence
- Scope to shape how industry marketing is done at scale
If you’re a senior marketer who enjoys alignment, strategy, and impact — and you’re done with running single-country campaigns.
