A global technology organisation is hiring a Customer Insights & Market Research Analyst to support its international product marketing function. This role sits at the centre of commercial decision-making. You will take ownership of customer research projects and convert complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that directly influence product and marketing strategy across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of customer research projects aligned to strategic priorities
- Design research approaches across quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Build research briefs, questionnaires and discussion guides
- Analyse and synthesise data from multiple sources including primary research and behavioural data
- Translate findings into clear, commercially relevant insights and recommendations
- Present outputs to senior marketing and business stakeholders across regions
- Identify and leverage the most relevant data sources to answer key business questions
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years’ experience in customer insights, market research or agency-side research
- Demonstrated experience managing research projects end-to-end
- Strong capability in insight synthesis – not just reporting data
- Confident working with both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- Ability to simplify complex datasets into clear, actionable outputs
- Experience working across international or multi-market environments
- Comfortable working with raw data where required
- Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
- Additional language skills are advantageous
