We are partnering with a global creative technology organization to hire a Senior Community & Creator Marketing Lead to own regional community strategy across the UK and Germany. This role sits at the intersection of community, creators, content, events and social. You will shape how creative professionals engage with the brand, build long-term advocacy, and ensure regional programs align with global strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive EMEA community strategy for creative professionals
- Partner closely with content, events, social, PMM and customer marketing teams
- Lead regional ambassador and creator programs, including talent identification and activation
- Ensure community content is effectively amplified across social and marketing channels
- Act as the voice of the community internally, translating feedback into insight
- Build scalable processes, reporting frameworks and playbooks
Experience Required
