We're hiring a Business Systems Analyst to support and improve internal supply chain systems for a global technology organisation operating at scale. This is a hands-on role, sitting close to live systems and operational teams. You'll be responsible for keeping tooling running smoothly day-to-day, while also supporting system enhancements, process improvements and change initiatives across the supply chain landscape.

- Annual Salary up to Β£65,000 doe and location
- 12-month contract, with potential for extension - PAYE - inside IR35 - paid weekly via PrincipleHR
- Hybrid working - 3 days onsite in Central London

What you'll be doing
- Monitor supply chain tooling dashboards, analyse data and flag operational risks early
- Triage and troubleshoot system issues, providing root cause analysis and supporting resolution
- Own and maintain system documentation, including workflows, SOPs, tagging guides and training materials
- Support system enhancements by gathering requirements, defining success metrics and tracking delivery
- Coordinate and support UAT, rollout activities and post-implementation issue resolution
- Work closely with business users, engineering teams and global stakeholders
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Systems Analyst in an operational environment
- Strong exposure to supply chain systems (inventory, warehousing, manufacturing or fulfilment)
- Hands-on experience with incident triage, troubleshooting and system support
- Experience supporting system changes or implementations, including UAT
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to translate problems into clear, actionable requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle or other supply chain platforms
- Exposure to MDM, global rollouts or enterprise-scale environments
- Strong skills in process mapping and data analysis tools
