We're partnering with a globally recognised software and digital experience business looking to hire a B2B Marketing Analytics specialist to support their EMEA demand generation function. This role sits between Marketing Insights and Demand Gen, helping marketing teams understand channel performance, optimise campaigns, and improve attribution across paid media activity.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience in B2B marketing analytics / performance measurement
  • Hands-on experience analysing paid media channels including LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic
  • Strong dashboarding capability in Power BI
  • Experience with attribution, funnel analysis, lead quality, and campaign optimisation
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear commercial insights and recommendations
  • Comfortable working closely with marketing stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with tools such as Adobe Analytics, GA4, SQL, Salesforce or similar is highly beneficial
