A leading global technology organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to support high-impact, revenue-driving incentive programmes across enterprise and agency partners. This role sits within a strategic planning and operations function, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Analytics teams to bring operational rigor, automation, and data-driven decision making to complex commercial programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end operations for strategic sales incentive and investment programs
- Design and implement scalable operational cadences, processes, and governance models
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Revenue Accounting, Legal, Engineering, and Program Management
- Translate business requirements into automated tooling and operational solutions
- Lead compliance, audit readiness, and deal approval workflows
- Build and maintain reporting on program performance, ROI, forecasting, and investment impact
- Conduct advanced commercial and financial modelling to activate deal strategy
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities
