A global technology organisation is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing programmes across the UK, Ireland and South Africa. This is a high-impact role focused on driving pipeline growth, supporting strategic enterprise deals and building executive-level customer engagement programmes in partnership with senior sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise sales teams to develop and execute strategic field marketing plans aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and deal-based marketing initiatives targeting key enterprise accounts
- Design and deliver executive engagement programmes including roundtables, customer events, executive dinners and workshops
- Work closely with digital and demand generation teams to extend campaign reach and customer engagement
- Track programme performance including account engagement, pipeline movement and overall campaign impact
- Collaborate across regional and global marketing teams within a matrixed environment
About You
- 5+ years' experience in enterprise B2B technology marketing
- Strong experience in field marketing, ABM or strategic account marketing
- Proven ability to partner effectively with enterprise sales teams
- Experience delivering executive-level customer events and engagement programmes
- Commercially driven with strong understanding of pipeline and revenue marketing
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
