We’re looking for a seasoned Executive Event & Briefing Manager to join a high-performing team at the heart of a global Customer Experience Center. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind executive briefings and strategic client events that bring innovation, technology, and partnership to life.
The Offer:
- Competitive salary of £80,000 - £89,000 pa
- Role will start on an initial 12-month contract
- Hybrid working: 50% onsite in Central London offices

What You’ll Do:
- Lead all logistics and planning for C-suite and VP-level briefings, including agenda development, room setup, A/V coordination, catering, transportation, and post-event follow-up.
- Partner directly with Sales, Services, and Product teams to design tailored briefing agendas aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Own the executive briefing calendar and manage overlapping events with precision and poise.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior internal stakeholders and global business partners, ensuring a seamless, professional experience for every guest.
- Maintain operational excellence across internal tools and processes that support the delivery of high-impact customer engagements.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in executive briefing centers, strategic events, or senior-level administrative functions within enterprise-level environments.
- A proven track record supporting or coordinating with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal—with a commitment to executive-level professionalism.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple briefings and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Deep proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with confidence navigating internal tools and documentation.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and adapt quickly to shifting demands.
