This is a hands-on role for someone who combines polished stakeholder management with meticulous operational delivery. /p p br /p p strong The Offer: /strong /p ul li strong 12-month contract /strong /li li strong Salary of £76,00pa /strong + 10% Discretionary Bonus Opportunity /li li London King’s Cross | strong 4–5 days onsite per week /strong /li /ul p br /p p strong What you’ll own /strong /p ul li Deliver seamless onsite executive briefings, from room readiness and guest arrival to hospitality and live issue resolution. /li li Coordinate catering, transport, hotels, signage, branded merchandise and personalised guest details. /li li Partner with security, facilities, AV, culinary, sales and account teams. /li li Manage suppliers and maintain consistently high service standards. /li li Support schedules, resources, documentation and digital briefing pages. /li li Improve tools and processes as the global program continues to scale. /li /ul p br /p p strong The profile /strong /p p You’ll bring 4–6 years’ experience in executive engagement, VIP events, premium hospitality or programme management. You’ll be calm under pressure, highly organised and comfortable managing last-minute changes in a visible, fast-paced environment. /p p Experience within global technology, enterprise client programmes or executive briefing centres would be particularly relevant.
