EMEA Benefits Analyst London | 12-Month Contract | Hybrid | Up to £64,000 per annum I'm currently supporting a global technology organisation with the search for an experienced EMEA Benefits Analyst to join their high-performing Benefits team on a 12-month contract.

We're looking to speak with candidates who have: 5+ years' experience in employee benefits within a large, multinational organisation Strong knowledge of EMEA benefits programmes and operations Experience supporting benefits systems, data audits and process improvements Exposure to annual benefits renewals and vendor management Excellent stakeholder management skills, working across HR, Payroll and external providers A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team supporting benefits programmes across multiple EMEA countries while contributing to a range of operational and project-based initiatives.
