We’re looking for an experienced Deal Desk Manager to join a global team supporting cloud marketplace procurement with top partners like AWS and Microsoft.
What you\’ll do:
- Support and advise on complex marketplace deals from approval through to execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Ops, and Partner Managers.
- Maintain clean CRM data (Salesforce), update pipelines, and manage Power BI dashboards.
- Drive key projects linked to Salesforce workflows and product listings.
- Oversee private offer setup, tracking, and contract wrap-up.
- Support onboarding, mailbox traffic, and internal sales enablement tools.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong Excel (incl. VLOOKUP), Salesforce, and Power BI skills.
- Experience in sales operations, deal desk, or programme/project management in a tech/SaaS environment.
- Highly organised with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
