- We are recruiting a
Creator Partnerships Manager - Turkish Market to join a global technology and digital media organisation, supporting the growth and development of its creator ecosystem in Turkey.
This is a highly relationship-driven role working directly with some of Turkey's most established digital creators, media organisations and content partners.
You will manage a portfolio of approximately
100 creators , helping partners optimise their content strategy, grow their audiences, adopt new platform products and maximise their long-term success.
Fluent Turkish and English are essential.
The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of Turkish digital culture, creators and the wider social media landscape.
- What you'll be doing
- Manage and develop relationships with a sizeable portfolio of creators and strategic content partners across the Turkish market.
- Use platform dashboards, channel metrics and audience insights to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop creator growth strategies spanning audience development, content strategy, product adoption, monetisation and emerging areas such as AI.
- Drive adoption and optimisation of digital products, measuring impact through metrics including subscriber growth, membership and monetisation.
- Act as a trusted partner to creators, handling complex queries, complaints and commercially sensitive conversations.
- Build scalable engagement programmes for a large creator community rather than managing only a small number of high-touch accounts.
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams across product, partnerships and other internal functions.
- Project manage virtual and in-person creator events, potentially involving
50-100 creators/influencers , coordinating third-party agencies from briefing through execution.
- Develop strong relationships with external partners, agencies, broadcasters and other organisations operating within the Turkish creator ecosystem.
- Potentially travel to Turkey once or twice during the contract.
What we're looking for
Fluent Turkish and English - Turkish is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of
Turkish culture, digital media and the Turkish creator/influencer ecosystem .
- Experience managing creators, influencers, content partners or digital partnerships at scale .
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience developing growth, engagement or content strategies using performance data.
- Comfortable interpreting dashboards and digital performance metrics and translating them into recommendations; coding or advanced data analytics is not required.
- Experience driving product adoption, optimisation, monetisation or audience growth.
- Confident handling challenging partner conversations, complaints and conflict resolution.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management capabilities.
- Experience managing creator, influencer, community or partner events is highly desirable.
Relevant backgrounds could include social media platforms, creator economy businesses, influencer marketing, talent management, digital media, creative agencies or large consumer brands with established creator/influencer programmes.
