Consumer Insights Specialist

12-Month Contract | London (Hybrid) 3 days per week | £46,500 per year


Description:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Insights Manager to join a global leader in digital experiences. This role sits within the EMEA marketing function and will focus on leading and managing customer research projects that drive strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end customer research projects from design to delivery
  • Develop research briefs, questionnaires, and discussion guides in collaboration with internal teams and agencies
  • Analyse data to generate actionable insights for business and marketing leaders
  • Synthesize findings across multiple insight sources, including primary research, analytics, and third-party data
  • Present insights clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders
  • Work across multiple markets in the EMEA region

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in research or insights (quantitative & qualitative)
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-market projects
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and storytelling skills
  • Experience integrating multiple data types into a cohesive narrative
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in German or French is desirable
