Consumer Insights Specialist
12-Month Contract | London (Hybrid) 3 days per week | £46,500 per year
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Insights Manager to join a global leader in digital experiences. This role sits within the EMEA marketing function and will focus on leading and managing customer research projects that drive strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end customer research projects from design to delivery
- Develop research briefs, questionnaires, and discussion guides in collaboration with internal teams and agencies
- Analyse data to generate actionable insights for business and marketing leaders
- Synthesize findings across multiple insight sources, including primary research, analytics, and third-party data
- Present insights clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders
- Work across multiple markets in the EMEA region
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in research or insights (quantitative & qualitative)
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-market projects
- Strong analytical, numerical, and storytelling skills
- Experience integrating multiple data types into a cohesive narrative
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in German or French is desirable
