We’re seeking a talented Communications Manager to join a leading global technology brand that leads the way in social media networking and VR technology on an exciting wearable tech initiative in EMEA. This opportunity is perfect for a comms professional passionate about consumer technology, new media, and the creator economy. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian, highly familiar with the media landscape across Italy and Spain, and have experience with AI-driven or AR wearable products or Consumer Tech.
Responsibilities:
- Execute strategic communications plans for next-gen wearable products across EMEA.
- Drive storytelling for AI/AR hardware in collaboration with internal and agency partners.
- Shape messaging that resonates with regional audiences, especially in Italy.
- Manage content creation across channels – owned, earned, and social.
- Handle press events and prepare executive spokespeople.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, policy, and social teams.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in communications with a focus on consumer hardware.
- Deep understanding of the media landscape in Italy/Spain.
- Strong relationships in new media and among creators/social publishers.
- Proficient in Italian and English.
- Strong narrative-building and content development skills.
