Are you a commercial leader who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and client relationships? We’re looking for a Client Partner with a deep understanding of performance marketing to shape the growth strategy for some of the most dynamic retail and e-commerce advertisers in the UK.

In this role, you’ll work with C-level executives and internal cross-functional teams—from product to analytics—to architect long-term, full-funnel solutions that drive measurable business impact. Your remit will include a high-value portfolio of complex clients, where you’ll act as a strategic advisor, growth consultant, and platform expert.

The Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £127,000 pa
  • Role will start on a 12-month contract
  • Fully onsite at offices in Central London

You will:

  • Own and grow a high-visibility client portfolio (4–6 accounts) with full accountability for revenue strategy and performance
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with executive-level stakeholders
  • Use platform mastery and market insight to identify and unlock growth opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, data-led solutions
  • Lead business reviews, QBRs, and influence at the most senior levels, both internally and externally

You bring:

  • 12+ years in digital marketing, performance strategy, or commercial consulting
  • Proven track record advising C-suite stakeholders and managing £MM client books
  • Strong analytical fluency; ability to diagnose, plan, and execute against revenue trends
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and analytics
  • Comfort in fast-paced environments with a hands-on, self-driven approach

Ideal backgrounds:

  • Managing Partners or Client Leads from top-tier agencies
  • Senior commercial leaders from platforms (e.g., Google) or data-driven retail/e-commerce brands
  • Experience with Ads Manager nice to have
