We're hiring a Workforce Resource Coordinator to support a high-performing Customer Support organisation. You'll work with senior stakeholders to plan demand, allocate resources, manage suppliers, and keep delivery running smoothly - all while tracking capacity, budget and progress.

What you'll be doing
- Partner with leadership and Hiring Managers to understand resourcing needs
- Coordinate suppliers/EoR partners to mobilise contingent talent
- Manage capacity planning, allocation and workforce optimisation
- Track budget commitments, progress, risks and delivery timelines
- Produce clear reporting and stakeholder updates (regional/global)

- Experience in workforce/resource planning, operations or delivery coordination
- Strong stakeholder + supplier management (including negotiation)
- Confident decision-making and problem-solving
- Comfortable presenting updates to varied seniority levels
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve workflows, analysis or decision-making
