About the Role
We’re seeking a Creative Technology Evangelist to help enterprise customers unlock the full potential of Adobe’s next-generation tools — including Firefly, Express, and Creative Cloud. This is a hybrid role combining design expertise with strategic enablement — you’ll lead hands-on workshops, run live demonstrations, and inspire creative and marketing teams to transform how they create, collaborate, and scale content.
What You’ll Do
- Demonstrate Adobe’s emerging products (Firefly, Express, Creative Cloud) through live sessions and workshops — showing how these tools accelerate creativity, automate workflows, and enhance design quality.
- Run discovery calls to understand creative pain points and map solutions that streamline asset production and workflow efficiency.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and Product teams to develop adoption strategies, pilot new solutions, and track creative output improvements.
- Train and enable creative teams within global enterprise customers — from designers and content producers to marketing directors and executives.
- Champion Adobe’s AI-powered innovation, delivering compelling presentations that bring new creative possibilities to life.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong hands-on Adobe Creative Cloud expertise — ideally across Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Animate.
- Working knowledge of Firefly and Adobe Express, with a passion for exploring new creative technologies.
- Background in design, creative direction, or digital production, with the ability to translate technical features into creative solutions.
- Experience running demos, workshops, or creative training sessions for design teams or clients.
- Exceptional communication skills — comfortable engaging both C-suite executives and creative professionals.
