We are seeking an experienced Deal Desk Analyst to join a global technology leader driving the next generation of digital experiences. As part of the Deal Desk team, you’ll help structure profitable and compliant commercial deals, working closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue teams. You’ll be the first line of approval for complex transactions, ensuring deals meet both company and customer requirements while adhering to internal revenue and operational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales to structure and approve deals that align with company policies.
- Draft and certify customer contracts and ensure compliance with revenue recognition rules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate deal closure.
- Evaluate deal processes and recommend continuous improvements.
- Communicate deal status and insights to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in Deal Desk, FP&A, Sales Finance, or Sales Operations.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (SOP 97-2).
- Skilled in managing multi-element contracts (subscription, license, support).
