We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across EMEA within a fast-paced, consumer-focused technology business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys bringing structure to complex programmes and has experience working across multiple stakeholders, regions and business functions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic programmes across EMEA.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Partnerships, Marketing and regional Acquisition teams.
  • Drive project plans, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications.
  • Support initiatives involving consumer brands, creator partnerships and acquisition programmes.
  • Identify process improvements and implement more efficient ways of working.
  • Keep projects moving by proactively managing dependencies and removing blockers.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in Programme or Project Management, Business Operations or Strategy & Operations.
  • Experience within a technology, marketplace or consumer-facing business.
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and programme delivery experience.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in fast-changing environments.
  • Experience working with consumer brands, partnerships or creator programmes is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
