We’re hiring a B2B Digital Demand Marketing Specialist to join a high-performing EMEA Demand Generation team focused on delivering scalable, data-driven campaigns that drive pipeline and long-term growth. This is a hands-on role for a performance-focused marketer who enjoys building and optimising digital campaigns across multiple markets and working closely with regional teams and agencies.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the planning, execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns (paid social, display, programmatic) aligned to lead generation and pipeline goals
- Identifying optimisation opportunities across targeting, creative, budget allocation and conversion performance
- Localising and adapting digital marketing assets across EMEA regions
- Producing performance reporting and insights for weekly/monthly/quarterly stakeholder reviews
- Supporting campaign governance through templates, checklists and best-practice documentation
What we’re looking for:
- 3–6 years’ experience in digital marketing, demand generation or performance marketing (B2B/SaaS preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience activating and optimising paid media campaigns with clear accountability for results
- Confidence working with performance data, reporting and optimisation recommendations
- Experience with marketing automation and Adobe analytics platforms
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work across regions and with agencies
