Principle HR is partnering with a fast-growing global SaaS company to expand their Engineering Support team. In this role, you’ll be working directly with engineers from Fortune 500 companies, solving complex application issues—especially those centered around email. If you love troubleshooting, working with web technologies, and engaging with enterprise clients, this could be your next move.

• 12-month contract – PAYE – Inside IR35 –strong chance of full-time conversion.

What You Need to Bring:

• 4+ years of customer-facing technical support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills—you thrive on solving complex technical issues.
• Ability to read basic Java/JavaScript code.
• Solid experience with SQL and working in Windows/Unix environments.
• Hands-on experience with web applications, REST APIs, Postman, and SOAP.
• Prior experience handling support tickets.
