What you'll be doing:

  • Mapping 300+ venues across London — finding the best pickup and drop-off points
  • Fleet and demand positioning across the city
  • Stakeholder management with TfL, borough councils, and community groups
  • Translating field observations into product and engineering requirements
  • Event operations planning — arenas, stadiums, major venues
  • Programme management across cross-functional teams

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years in city operations, demand management, or urban mobility
  • London market knowledge — or a strong European city equivalent
  • Confident with regulators, councils, and public sector stakeholders
  • Comfortable bridging street-level reality and technical requirements
  • Data-literate — Tableau, Looker, or similar
