Our client’sGlobal Experience Vendor Management team is searching for aVendor Manager to join their mission to drive operational excellence and strategic sourcing initiatives. This unique role combines strategic thinking, process execution, and stakeholder collaboration to help them achieve their performance objectives while enhancing their marketing procurement processes.
The Offer:
- Competitive salary range of£65,000 – £70,000 pa.

Your Day-to-Day
- Manage marketing sourcing requests, from PR/PO processes to contracts and timelines.
- Act as the main point of contact for marketing teams, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Lead operational initiatives to take the burden off marketing teams, empowering them to focus on strategy.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of marketing procurement or vendor management experience in Advertising or Marketing industries.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and contract basics.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to engage with global stakeholders, as well as strong operational process management skills.
- Project management skills in a marketing or procurement environment.
- Technical proficiency with tools like MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM/PO management systems (e.g., SAP).
