We're partnering with a global premium spirits business to hire a Supply Chain Assistant to join their UK operations team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in drinks, FMCG, logistics or customer supply chain environments who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused operation.

You'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, while acting as a central point of coordination between customers, internal teams and third-party logistics providers. Working within a close-knit supply chain team, this role offers broad exposure across order management, customer operations, warehousing and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery performance
  • Build strong relationships with customers and warehouse partners
  • Resolve delivery, stock and supply-related queries
  • Support forecasting and supply planning activities
  • Liaise with internal finance and operations teams regarding documentation and billing support
  • Monitor and manage customer service levels and operational issues
  • Support wider supply chain administration and continuous improvement activities
What We're Looking For
  • Experience within the drinks industry is highly desirable
  • FMCG, food & beverage or consumer goods experience also considered
  • Previous experience in customer supply chain, logistics coordination, order management or operations support
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office
  • SAP and/or EDI experience would be advantageous
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
