This is a senior-level UX Research role where your work shapes product strategy - not just informs it. You'll own complex research programmes end-to-end, influence at the highest levels, and operate with genuine autonomy.

You'll be doing things like:

  • Designing and running qual and quant research across complex product areas
  • Turning insights into strategy that actually moves the needle
  • Influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Owning research programmes, not just contributing to them

You'll need:

  • 5+ years UX research experience
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative methodology chops
  • Experience with dScout, Qualtrics, or UserZoom
  • Confidence presenting and influencing at senior level

The package:

  • Annual Salary of £116,000 doe
  • 11 months contract Inside IR35, PAYE weekly via Principle HR
  • Location - Central London, Hybrid - 3 days onsite
  • Annual holidays, paid bank holidays
