We are partnering with a global technology organisation to appoint a Senior Employment Counsel into a high-performing in-house legal team. This is a commercially focused role advising on complex employment matters across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with HR and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, international business.

The Role

  • Advise on a broad range of employment law matters across EMEA
  • Partner with HR on employee relations (performance, terminations, investigations, leave)
  • Manage employment litigation and external counsel
  • Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and frameworks
  • Provide pragmatic, risk-based legal advice aligned to business goals
  • Support M&A activity from an employment law perspective

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor (UK, Ireland or EU)
  • 6+ years’ employment law experience (law firm or in-house)
  • Strong multi-jurisdictional experience across EMEA
  • Proven litigation and dispute management experience
  • Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in a multinational or technology environment preferred
