Senior Gaming Partnerships Manager - Developer Ecosystem

  • 12-month contract
  • London - hybrid, 4 days per week onsite
  • salary is £83k per year with 15% bonus

We are seeking an experienced Gaming Partnerships professional to join a global technology organisation, working with strategic game developers and partners across the EMEA gaming ecosystem.

This is a highly external-facing position combining strategic partnerships, developer engagement, technical product understanding and commercial growth. You will build long-term relationships with game companies, help developers maximise the value of platform capabilities and represent their requirements internally across product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop strategic relationships with game developers, publishers and other key gaming partners across EMEA.
  • Work directly with developers to understand their businesses, products, technical requirements and growth objectives.
  • Drive adoption and integration of new platform features and capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to increase partner performance, revenue and long-term growth.
  • Represent the organisation in meetings with senior partner executives and provide credible gaming‑industry perspectives.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing and Finance.
  • Analyse partner performance, quantitative metrics and gaming‑industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment where priorities and products continue to evolve.

Experience Required

  • 7+ years' experience across strategic partnerships, business development, developer relations or account management.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry and developer ecosystem.
  • Proven experience working directly with external game developers and/or gaming companies.
  • Strong technical/product understanding with the ability to discuss platform features and product capabilities credibly.
  • Demonstrable experience developing complex strategic relationships and driving commercial growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and executive stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.
  • Exposure to AI technologies or AI tools within gaming/product environments is advantageous.
