A global technology organisation is hiring a Senior Commercial Deal Desk Analyst to partner directly with enterprise sales teams and drive high-value, compliant deal execution. This role sits at the centre of revenue generation, acting as a strategic advisor on deal structure, pricing, and risk. You will operate as the first line of control for complex commercial transactions, ensuring deals are both commercially viable and aligned with internal policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structure complex enterprise SaaS deals across subscriptions, licences and services
  • Act as a commercial partner to Sales, challenging and shaping deal strategy
  • Own deal approvals end-to-end, including business case articulation
  • Draft and review customer agreements in collaboration with Legal and Finance
  • Ensure compliance with revenue recognition and internal governance frameworks
  • Drive deal velocity while maintaining rigour and accuracy
  • Engage cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, Legal, Credit and Order Management
  • Provide in-quarter deal visibility and reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Sales Finance or similar
  • Strong experience in SaaS / technology environments
  • Proven ability to structure and close complex commercial deals
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CPQ
  • Solid understanding of contract structures and revenue recognition principles
  • Ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-paced sales environments
  • Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to challenge Sales
  • High attention to detail with strong commercial judgement
