This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing marketplace business, leading a high-performing field sales team responsible for acquiring premium service providers and driving regional growth.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 9 Market Managers across EMEA.
  • Drive sales performance, KPIs and team targets through regular coaching and performance management.
  • Ensure the team has a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Use CRM data and reporting to monitor performance, forecast results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Operations to optimise lead generation, onboarding and sales processes.
  • Help build a scalable, high-performing sales organisation across the region.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years' experience in Sales Leadership, Sales Operations or Commercial Leadership.
  • Proven experience managing field sales or business development teams.
  • Strong coaching, performance management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hub Spot.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience using sales metrics to improve team performance.
  • Previous experience within a marketplace, platform or high-growth technology business is highly desirable.
