The Offer

This is a high-trust EA role for someone who has supported senior leaders in a fast-moving, international environment and knows how to keep complex priorities moving without noise. You'll manage a demanding diary, global travel, leadership meetings, briefing materials, stakeholder coordination and confidential executive support.
The role will suit someone coming from a leading technology, SaaS, consulting, investment, private capital, professional services or high-growth commercial environment. You'll be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, protecting executive focus time, handling sensitive information and bringing calm structure to a busy global remit.
You'll need strong experience in senior executive support, excellent written and verbal communication, advanced Microsoft Office skills, confident diary and travel management, and a sharp eye for detail. Experience across PE, VC, Sovereign Wealth, investment, consulting or strategic growth teams would be a strong advantage.
This is a standout opportunity for an EA who wants senior exposure, meaningful scope and a role at the centre of strategic commercial activity.
