This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, creative and detail-oriented professional to manage marketing content production, streamline workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end marketing content production projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines. Coordinate creative workflows, production schedules, documentation and content approvals. Utilise Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides and Drive) to manage projects, documentation and team collaboration. Leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity, streamline processes and drive efficiencies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative teams and external agencies. Maintain excellent standards of document management, accuracy and quality control. Requirements 6+ years' experience in marketing production, creative operations, content production or marketing project management. Background in a technology company or creative/marketing agency . Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace . Experience using AI productivity tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT or similar. Excellent organisational skills, document management and attention to detail.
