The Opportunity
A global technology business is looking for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the execution of promotional and pricing initiatives across multiple markets. This is an execution-focused role sitting within a high-performing digital operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring promotional campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign & Promotional Execution
- Support end-to-end execution of promotional campaigns across digital channels
- Ensure operational readiness including validation, dependency tracking and pre-launch checks
- Assist with promotional setup including discount calculations, templates and outputs
- Process & Workflow Management
- Manage incoming campaign requests via Jira or similar workflow tools
- Track timelines, prioritisation and delivery progress
- Maintain and improve SOPs to drive consistency and efficiency
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a central point of contact for internal stakeholders
- Clarify requirements and ensure briefs are complete and actionable
- Identify risks and escalate issues impacting campaign delivery
- Operational Excellence
- Support testing and QA processes prior to launch
- Monitor and log issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations
