We are building a new team focused on curated, locally led tours and activities - from cooking classes and cultural workshops to expert-led city experiences. This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who can build and grow high-quality experience supply across key EMEA markets, while maintaining a strong bar for quality.
What you’ll do:
- Source and acquire standout local tours and activities
- Own partner relationships from onboarding through growth
- Ensure quality, relevance and brand alignment
- Work cross-functionally to build and scale a premium marketplace
- Own your pipeline, performance and results
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years in partnerships, supply acquisition, sales or account management
- Strong local market knowledge across travel, culture or hospitality
- Proven delivery against KPIs in fast-moving environments
- Commercial, confident, and comfortable with ambiguity
