We're partnering with a global technology organisation looking to hire a Technical Solutions Consultant to support enterprise customers and strategic partners across complex web-based implementations and technical integrations. This is a customer-facing technical role suited to someone who enjoys solving implementation challenges, troubleshooting web technologies, and working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting partner and customer implementations
- Troubleshooting technical and integration issues
- Working with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and web technologies
- Investigating and resolving escalations
- Collaborating with product, engineering and external stakeholders
- Improving repeatable processes and technical solutions
- Providing technical guidance throughout delivery lifecycles
