A global technology organisation is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing programmes across the UK, Ireland and South Africa. This is a high-impact role focused on driving pipeline growth, supporting strategic enterprise deals and building executive-level customer engagement programmes in partnership with senior sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with enterprise sales teams to develop and execute strategic field marketing plans aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and deal-based marketing initiatives targeting key enterprise accounts
  • Design and deliver executive engagement programmes including roundtables, customer events, executive dinners and workshops
  • Work closely with digital and demand generation teams to extend campaign reach and customer engagement
