I'm looking for a polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director within a global strategic growth team operating across Private Equity, Venture Capital and Sovereign Wealth relationships.

The Offer

  • Role to start on an 8-month contract
  • Hybrid working: 2-3 days on site in London office

This is a high-trust EA role for someone who has supported senior leaders in a fast-moving, international environment and knows how to keep complex priorities moving without noise. You'll manage a demanding diary, global travel, leadership meetings, briefing materials, stakeholder coordination and confidential executive support.

The role will suit someone coming from a leading technology, SaaS, consulting, investment, private capital, professional services or high-growth commercial environment.
