I'm looking for a Policy Specialist to join a leading global technology environment, working across Trust & Safety, Legal, Product, Operations, and vendor teams. This is a strong fit for someone coming from policy operations, content governance, legal operations, compliance operations, platform integrity, regulatory response, risk investigations, or marketplace safety. You'll be close to complex policy decisions, sensitive escalations, legal removal workflows, and operational improvements that need sound judgement, structure, and cross-functional influence.

The role will suit someone who can:

  • Assess and process legal takedown or removal requests with care, accuracy, and policy judgement
  • Manage sensitive or high-impact escalations involving multiple internal stakeholders
  • Work confidently with Legal, Product, Trust & Safety, Operations, and vendor teams
  • Turn complex policy issues into clear recommendations and practical workflows
  • Improve processes, governance, quality standards, and operational consistency
  • Balance compliance, user trust, risk, and business priorities in fast-moving situations
