We are looking for a commercially minded Partner Enablement Manager to drive partner capability, engagement, and revenue impact across the EMEA region. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will translate global priorities into regional execution, ensuring partners are equipped to sell, position, and deliver complex SaaS solutions effectively.
What you will be doing:
- Shape and deliver a regional partner enablement strategy aligned to global goals
- Design and lead high-impact programmes including bootcamps, technical labs, and on-demand learning
- Build strong relationships with partner sales leaders, practice leads, and consulting teams
- Track and improve partner performance through certifications, adoption metrics, and pipeline contribution
- Run quarterly business reviews and continuously refine enablement based on data and feedback
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in partner enablement, channel, or pre-sales within a SaaS environment
- Strong programme ownership - able to design and execute initiatives end-to-end
- Commercial mindset with a clear focus on driving pipeline and partner-led revenue
