We are building the next generation of consumer technology - and we are looking for a senior marketing leader to help shape how it shows up in culture across EMEA. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creativity and emerging technology. You will lead integrated consumer marketing strategy for a wearables portfolio, shaping how new products are understood, desired and adopted across diverse EMEA markets. This is not a campaign execution role. It is a strategic leadership position for someone who knows how to turn insight into breakthrough creative work, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable commercial impact.
What you will do:
- Own and lead brand and integrated marketing strategy for key EMEA initiatives
- Translate business goals into clear, inspiring strategic direction for local and global teams
- Develop a deep understanding of consumer segments, cultural trends, and barriers to adoption across priority markets
- Act as the brief owner for major EMEA campaigns, partnering closely with creative and media teams to deliver standout work
- Shape and manage analytics and learning agendas to demonstrate the short- and long-term impact of marketing investment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global partners across Creative, Insights, Media and Product
- Build strong, trusted relationships with external agency partners and push for creative excellence
- Clearly articulate the role of marketing in driving business growth, with particular influence across the UK and wider EMEA
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years' experience leading brand strategy and/or integrated marketing for consumer-facing brands in EMEA
- Proven experience developing bold, integrated campaigns that delivered measurable results
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to apply insight and analytics to creative decision-making
- Comfortable leading through influence, not hierarchy, across complex, matrixed organisations
- Confident working across multiple markets, cultures and disciplines
- Excellent communicator with strong written and spoken English
- Experience marketing emerging technology or new product categories is a strong advantage
